Goal-oriented and always looking to improve my skills, I have been awarded the title “Best Optician Manager” after my optical courses.

Thanks to my two years’ experience in retail I managed to understand that customer experience is key to gain customer loyalty. Committed and patient, I contributed to increase customer satisfaction. Moreover I developed communication and negotiation skills. I know how to stay focus and passionate about what I do to achieve the defined goals.

Open-minded, I’m always looking for new business opportunities.
My career objectives upon graduating from Business School is to move on to a job in an Eyewear Company abroad.
